Skull Cap City Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Skull Cap City.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Skull Cap City are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Incorrect size or color selection

  • Personal preference

  • Accidental purchases

  • Delayed delivery caused by the shipping carrier

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Final-sale policies commonly allow exceptions only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Items

The only circumstance under which Skull Cap City will consider a refund or replacement is if your package arrives damaged during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item

  • Clear photographs of the shipping package and any visible damage

Claims submitted without photographic evidence may be denied.

Refunds or Replacements for Damaged Orders

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, Skull Cap City may, at its sole discretion:

  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost; or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method used for purchase

Non-Refundable Orders

Refunds, returns, and exchanges will not be provided for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance

  • Orders that arrive undamaged
