Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Customers should allow 3–20 business days for delivery after their order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timeframes, Skull Cap City cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur that are outside of our control. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times become the responsibility of the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Skull Cap City is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring they are available to receive their package if required.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at skullcapcity@gmail.com and provide photographs of both the damaged item and packaging.
